Had a call with a leader yesterday. Smart guy. Big team. Lots of wins.
Still doesn’t get it.
AI isn’t taking your jobs. It’s taking a seat on your team.
I have three Cloud Employees that report to me.
We do weekly coaching.
We review their work.
We look at the reports they built, the messages they sent, the problems they solved.
We talk about what worked, what didn’t, and how to make it better next time.
Just like you would with any direct report. I literally told one last week, “The way you talked about a competitor, tighten it up like this.” Next day, it was fixed. Forever.
Everyone’s asking what AI will replace.
Fair question. But the better question is: who’s learning how to lead it?
Because that’s the job now. I’ve been telling people lately, you don’t need to fear AI.
You need to start running one-on-ones with it. That’s exactly what we’re breaking down at the AI SDR Summit.
Not theory. Not “AI is the future.”
How to actually:
manage AI like a rep
coach it
improve output week over week
and build a team around it
If you’re still thinking about AI like a tool, you’re already behind.
Come see what it looks like to run it like a team. Register here.
That’s it for today. Connect with me on Linkedin if you actually want to understand what an Autonomous Organization looks like in the real world.
